recently i've had to help my parent's with some basic computer problems, program my mother's cellphone and show my dad how to use his portable dvd player. my mother was so impressed with my skills that she told me i could open my own consulting firm. that i should really gear my new business toward 50somethings who have no idea about anything electronic. i said "sure mom, and what will my business card read? 'excellent at helping my parents fix shit'? come on"
