every morning when he calls and wakes me up for work he asks if i have slept. usually i tell him "about 5 hours"/ usually i am lying.

when i ask him to buy me food, he runs like i've asked for more blood. then watches and says "eat more, you don't eat enough. finish the whole thing this time."

though i like to think i am the strong one here, he is the one taking care. he reminds me not to play with electricity, brushes my hair when i've forgotten to and tells me when my underwear is inside out. this is the first time i can remember needing in years and the only time i've ever liked it.
