it's even in her shoes

i was sitting out in the sun near a supermarket. i took some pictures of my fingers and the inside of my pocketbook with a camera whose film i use exclusively for "beautiful moment memories". this old lady, dressed in knitwear and horrifically over used keds, was pushing a shopping cart. she had a cellphone in her hand and was shouting into it. i don't know who she was talking to but i heard her say

"it was a bad monday for her. she can't retire now".

everything about this woman made me want to add her into my film, make her one of my 28 exposures of beauty. i knew i couldn't take her picture. she'd yell. so i watched her loud voice walk away from me, and did nothing.
