i signed a letter to some friends:

"love and peace offerings, such as quarters and half eaten bags of cotton, laura"

to which my pal al replied:

hey laur, why am I getting all the peace offerings? we were never at WAR!

I love the peace offerings, though. especially the cotton candy.

I wish I could eat some out of the back of my shirt at this very moment.
