I was having a conversation today with this really nice customer named Carla about how ridiculous people are about returning things at stores. She was telling me that she works in a food store and this one woman comes in every week returning a half empty container of milk and asks for a new one because the milk was "sour". Carla explained that the woman who did this was the author of the absolutely absurd and disturbing book called "The Rules" which, for those of you who don't know, is a book teaching women to behave appropriately so to keep their man happy and wanting them. Believe me, my feminism can hardly stand it. Anyway, apparently Carla and Rules woman were conversing over sour milk and the woman revealed that she had just gone through a very painful divorced. She explained that the reason they had gotten divorced was because she had become too famous (right, that's why I don't even know what her name is) and her husband couldn't compete with all the attention she got over this archaic book. Hahah she wrote the book to teach women how to behave in order to keep their man and as a result of writing that book, she lost her man. Ironic.
